Huatulco Mexico will be our home.
Settled on the cliffs of the Oaxacan coast, this nourishing retreat offers daily yoga alongside plenty of space to unwind, explore, and experience the more untouched side of Mexico.
Our week together includes a guided cultural tour of neighboring town La Crucecita…
a private boat tour of the famous bays of Huatulco with opportunities to swim, snorkel, or just relax…
and a traditional Mayan temazcal ceremony to leave you feeling renewed + revitalized.
Each day grounds us with outdoor yoga overlooking the ocean, plus a special in-depth workshop woven into the week, inviting a deeper exploration into our practice.
During your stay, daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are chef-prepared onsite with locally-sourced and nourishing ingredients. We’ll also share a night out in town to dive into the local scene and have a little fun!

HUATULCO

Experience the stunning beaches, pristine waters, and authentic cultural experiences of Huatulco, Mexico, nestled near the sparkling waters of the Southern Oaxacan coast.
This picturesque coastal town is home to authentic Oaxacan culture and nine protected, pristine bays and 36 beaches. The untouched waters and sandy coastlines invite you to immerse in nature among thriving wildlife and expansive scenery.
Huatulco offers both mountain and ocean scenery — the laid-back and local vibe draws in visitors looking to step off the beaten path and into more of the area’s rich culture and authentic landscape. Quaint and charming La Crucecita town welcomes you into a colorful, intimate look into local tradition and culture.
Many bays or beaches are accessible only by boat, creating a secluded and serene ocean experience without the crowds of more frequented Mexico destinations.
With jeweled waters, hidden beaches, authentic Oaxacan cuisine, and a rich tapestry of culture, Huatulco is the perfect destination for a week-long soulful getaway.
Huatulco is famous for over 300 days of sun per year.
In April, the average temperature ranges from 70°F in the evenings to 90°F during the day.
LA CASA

Our retreat venue is a beautiful & dreamy oceanside villa with epic views of the beach & mountains overlooking Tangolunda Bay.
Open-air outdoor living room and dining areas provide comfy and spacious gathering & lounging areas.
Our tropical villa is 10 minutes to La Crucecita Centro (shopping, restaurants, and 30+ beaches in the local area), balancing convenience and close proximity to town with a secluded feeling nestled in the coastal forest overlooking the ocean.
A few short minutes down a private trail leads you to our outdoor yoga deck, where we’ll practice daily yoga together overlooking the coast and breathing in the ocean air.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and offers air conditioning as well as screened doors/windows if you prefer the ocean breeze at night. Wi-fi and onsite washing machine are available if needed.
Beach access is available from the villa — you can take a short hike down to a secluded beach cove or relax in a hammock by the private pool.

RESERVING YOUR ROOM
Each guest or roommate must register for the retreat separately.
Roommates are highly encouraged to coordinate & register at the same time to ensure they can room together. When booking, please let us know the name of your roommate so we can confirm bookings are coordinated properly.
If you would like assistance finding a roommate for double or quad occupancy, please reach out directly to Sandy or Kaitlyn and we can support you in linking up with potential roommates.

1st installment due November 7, 2026 — 50% balance
2nd installment due January 7, 2026 — Remaining balance

The final payment date is January 7, 2026. Payments on all remaining balances are due by this date. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that has not fulfilled it’s payment schedule by the designated due dates. All reservations made after January 7, 2026 must be paid-in-full at the time of booking.

DESTINATION INFO
AIRPORT
The closest airport is Bahías de Huatulco International Airport (HUX). Flights from the U.S. frequently connect in Mexico City (MEX). The flight from Mexico City to Huatulco is about 90 minutes.
Huatulco Airport is an approximate 20 minute drive to the villa. Airport transportation is provided upon arrival and at departure.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in your retreat. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.
PASSPORT
A valid passport is required to enter Mexico from the United States. All participants are responsible for obtaining and managing their travel documents.
TIME ZONE
Huatulco, Mexico is located in the Central Standard Time Zone.
CURRENCY
The currency for Mexico is the Mexican Peso (MXN). Currency exchanges are available at the Huatulco Airport and also in La Crucecita Town. Due to fraud monitoring, some banks/credit card companies may decline your card upon arrival to Mexico. To prevent this, contact your bank/credit card company prior to flying to inform them of your travel plans.
CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
All cancellations or change requests must be made in writing to sandybeachholistics@gmail.com.
All reservations, deposits, and payments made are non-refundable.
For cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date:
Participants may transfer their reservation (including any deposits or payments made) to a friend or family member. Reservations/payments may be transferred ONE TIME without additional fees. Any reservations transferred more than once will incur a $150 fee with each transfer.
For cancellations made less than 90 days before the retreat start date:
Participants may transfer their reservation (including any deposits or payments made) to a friend or family member. A transfer fee of $150 will be applied to each transfer.
Late Payments:
If any payment is not received from a participant by the agreed-upon due date, we reserve the right to cancel that participant’s retreat reservation. In this case, no refund or reimbursement will be provided.
No refunds (full or partial) or discounts will be applied for late arrival, early departure, flight cancellations, travel delays, inclement weather, illness, injury, death, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
In the rare event the retreat is cancelled by the facilitators, all participants will receive a refund of payments made.
If the retreat is forced to cancel or shorten due to catastrophic weather, political unrest, or other unforeseeable acts of god, refunds will only be provided dependent on refunds received by the facilitators from the venue/vendors.
We are unable to compensate for any flights, hotels, travel costs, lost/delayed baggage, medical costs, or unforeseen expenses incurred in any of the above scenarios.
We reserve the right to make any retreat changes deemed necessary to the itinerary.
