HOW TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE
1) Submit payment-in-full
2) Submit a $500 non-refundable deposit and pay in 2 installments
1st installment due November 7, 2026 — 50% balance
2nd installment due January 7, 2026 — Remaining balance

ALL PAYMENTS DUE
The final payment date is January 7, 2026. Payments on all remaining balances are due by this date. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that has not fulfilled it’s payment schedule by the designated due dates. All reservations made after January 7, 2026 must be paid-in-full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
All cancellations or change requests must be made in writing to sandybeachholistics@gmail.com.
All reservations, deposits, and payments made are non-refundable.
For cancellations made 90 days or more before the retreat start date:
Participants may transfer their reservation (including any deposits or payments made) to a friend or family member. Reservations/payments may be transferred ONE TIME without additional fees. Any reservations transferred more than once will incur a $150 fee with each transfer.
For cancellations made less than 90 days before the retreat start date:
Participants may transfer their reservation (including any deposits or payments made) to a friend or family member. A transfer fee of $150 will be applied to each transfer.
Late Payments:
If any payment is not received from a participant by the agreed-upon due date, we reserve the right to cancel that participant’s retreat reservation. In this case, no refund or reimbursement will be provided.
No refunds (full or partial) or discounts will be applied for late arrival, early departure, flight cancellations, travel delays, inclement weather, illness, injury, death, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
In the rare event the retreat is cancelled by the facilitators, all participants will receive a refund of payments made.
If the retreat is forced to cancel or shorten due to catastrophic weather, political unrest, or other unforeseeable acts of god, refunds will only be provided dependent on refunds received by the facilitators from the venue/vendors.
We are unable to compensate for any flights, hotels, travel costs, lost/delayed baggage, medical costs, or unforeseen expenses incurred in any of the above scenarios.
We reserve the right to make any retreat changes deemed necessary to the itinerary.
